Websites
Your website is often the first conversation a client has with your firm. We plan it around the people you want to reach, then build it carefully.
- When you need it
- Your site is out of date or undersells the firm, or you have a new service line or office.
- Timeline
- 3 to 4 weeks
- Starting from
Usually €4,500, now €1,800
What’s included
- A written scope of pages, audiences and the enquiry route, agreed before design starts
- Design and build, shown to you on a private preview every one to two weeks
- Pages your team can update without calling us
- Enquiry forms connected to your inbox or CRM and tested end to end
- Key pages scoring 90 or higher on mobile Lighthouse, or a target we agree in writing
- Keyboard use, contrast and form labels checked against WCAG 2.2 AA basics
- Redirects, sitemap, metadata and a 404 page checked before launch
- Privacy-friendly analytics
- Domain, hosting and accounts in your name, with a handover pack and walkthrough
Good to know
- The price moves with the number of page templates, how much content needs moving or writing, and the integrations involved.
- We build and measure. We do not promise search rankings or enquiry volumes.
Client portals and integrations
Onboarding a new client should not take a dozen emails. We give your clients one clear place to start, and give your team fewer things to re-type.
- When you need it
- Onboarding is manual, documents arrive as attachments and your tools do not talk to each other.
- Timeline
- 6 to 8 weeks
- Starting from
Usually €9,500, now €3,800
What’s included
- Online intake and onboarding forms
- Document upload and sharing, with access set by role
- A client login with status and updates
- CRM, billing and calendar connected and tested against your real accounts
- Multi-factor sign-in on admin accounts
- Backups configured and a restore tested before launch
- Where data is held, and who can access it, agreed in the written scope
Good to know
- The price moves with the number of systems connected, the intake steps and the access rules your firm needs.
- We hold no security certifications and give no compliance guarantees. If your firm or regulator sets requirements, we review them during scoping.
Technical review
The simplest way to start. We look at what you have and tell you, in plain language, what matters and what can wait.
- When you need it
- You are not sure what you need, or want an outside view before spending more.
- Timeline
- 1 week
- Starting from
Usually €900, now €360
What’s included
- A review of your website, its security basics and the integrations behind it
- A written report of what we checked and what we found
- A prioritised plan you can act on with us or anyone else
- Delivered within one week, at a fixed fee
Good to know
- It is not a penetration test or a compliance audit, and we change nothing on your systems.
Ongoing engineering
Launch is the start. We stay on as your engineering team, so your site and systems keep improving instead of ageing.
- When you need it
- Usually after a website or portal project with us, once you know what you want to change next.
- Timeline
- Monthly
- Starting from
Usually €2,400, now €960 a monthAgreed by 15 December, the reduced rate holds for as long as it runs.
What’s included
- About 40 hours of engineering each month
- Improvements and new features, prioritised with you
- Maintenance and security updates
- A monthly report of what changed
Good to know
- Unused hours, minimum term and response times are set out in the written agreement.
Questions
Good to know.
Where are you based?
We’re a remote studio in Pakistan, working European business hours. Calls, documents and updates are all in English, and we reply within one business day.
Who owns the website when it’s finished?
Your domain, hosting and code are set up in your name from day one. Once the project is paid, the work is yours.
What if we need changes during the project?
That’s normal. We’ll tell you the cost and time involved, in writing, before doing anything outside the agreed scope.
What happens after launch?
We fix defects in the agreed scope found in the first 30 days at no charge. After that, you can keep us on through ongoing engineering, or take everything in-house with full documentation.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed with each client and written into the scope before work starts.
Next step
Not sure which fits? We can work it out on a call.
Tell us where things stand and we recommend a starting point. If none of these fits, we say so.
