To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use this data to identify you.

Until you choose, the website sets no analytics cookies and sends nothing to analytics services. The only cookie it sets without asking records the choice you make, so we do not ask again on every page.

If you accept analytics, we measure visits with two services. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, records the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It uses cookies with a random identifier so that repeat visits can be counted. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and loading times without cookies or identifiers.

We use these figures only to learn which pages help visitors and where the site is slow. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not combine them with your emails or bookings.

You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from that point and removes the analytics cookies from your browser.

tl_consent and zaraz-consent record your analytics choice for six months. They are needed for the consent choice to work.

With your consent only, Cloudflare Zaraz sets cookies for Google Analytics and for monitoring that Zaraz loads correctly: cf_zaraz_client, cfz_google-analytics_v4, cfzs_google-analytics_v4, zaraz_google-analytics_v4, zarazs_google-analytics_v4, cfz_zaraz-analytics. They hold a random identifier, are kept for up to one year, and those beginning cfzs_ or zarazs_ are deleted when you close your browser. Not all of them are set on every visit.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and whatever you choose to write. Email sent to contact@tavranelabs.com passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and is delivered to a Gmail mailbox provided by Google.

We use it only to reply, discuss a possible project and prepare a proposal. Emails to and from that mailbox are also copied into our contact records, described below.

The booking link opens Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. Nothing from Cal.com loads on this website. When you book, Cal.com collects the details its form asks for, such as your name, email address and chosen time, and shares them with us so the call can take place. We add the booking to our contact records.

We keep a record of the people and firms we are in touch with in Attio, a customer relationship manager. A record holds your name, email address and firm, the emails and bookings described above, and notes we add after a call or meeting.

We, or Attio on our behalf, may add publicly available business information to a record: your job title and role, your firm’s website, sector, size and location, and your public professional profile. It comes from your firm’s website, public company registers and professional networks such as LinkedIn. This is the only data we hold that does not come from you.

We use these records to follow up conversations and manage proposals. We do not use them for advertising, sell them or add you to a mailing list.

Analytics runs on your consent. Replying to you and preparing a proposal are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. Keeping contact records of the people and firms we work with or may work with, and keeping the website secure and available, are in our legitimate interest. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, email routing, Zaraz and Web Analytics), Google (Google Analytics and the Gmail mailbox), Cal.com, Inc. (call booking) and Attio Limited (contact records). Each handles data under its own terms and privacy notice.

We work from Pakistan, and our providers are based in the United States and the United Kingdom. This means your data is handled outside the EU and UK. Pakistan has no EU adequacy decision. Our providers state that their transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google Analytics keeps visit data for two months. Emails, booking details and contact records are deleted 24 months after our last contact if no project follows. If we work together, project correspondence and records are kept for as long as the contract and tax law require.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict how we use it, to object to us keeping a contact record about you, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@tavranelabs.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
