About
We build websites and client systems for professional firms, and engineering capacity for agencies. Every project runs on a written scope, a second review of every change and a handover you can use without us.
Why we exist
Professional firms need a website that explains their work and systems that make client onboarding easier. Agencies need engineering they can deliver under their own name.
Mohammad Saeed leads Tavrane Labs as CEO. Farzeen Khan Tareen leads engineering as CTO. Every engagement runs on a written scope, a second review before changes ship and a documented handover.
Leadership
Mohammad Saeed and Farzeen Khan Tareen lead the studio, with additional engineering capacity for larger scopes. Between them they have shipped web platforms, AI products and Android apps since 2021.
Co-founder & CTO
Builds web and mobile products end to end and leads a development team. Has delivered Android apps for Instake AI since 2023, and AI products from WhatsApp assistants to sports video analysis.
Working across borders
We are a remote studio serving European firms. These are the habits that make distance a non-issue.
We work European business hours, so calls and replies happen in your day.
Scope, decisions, change requests and weekly updates are written down, so nothing depends on memory.
Every message gets an answer within one business day, even if the answer is “we are checking”.
Domain, hosting and repositories are in your name, so you are never locked in to us.
Calls, documents, code comments and handover material are all in English.
Next step
In 30 minutes we look at where things stand, whether we are the right fit and what a sensible first step would be. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
